PURCHASING A DIGITAL GIFT CARD
Upon purchasing a digital gift card, the recipient is instantly emailed of their gift — there is no way to set a specific time to send the notification email to the recipient. Anyone who wants to send the notification email to the recipient later should select the “Email to You” delivery option at checkout. You can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time. You can also choose to print out a PDF of the gift card and include it in a card or wrap it up in a giant box.
CHECKING BALANCES
The recipient receives an initial email with the gift card balance, or the original purchases sends them a PDF with their unique code. To check the balance on the digital gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout and the remaining balance will appear. The funds will not be removed from the gift card until that transaction is completed.
REFUNDS
Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the digital gift card's balance.
