Sponsor Hub

Welcome to the 2025 TL CornFest Brand Partner Resource Hub

First off — thank you! Twin Lakes CornFest doesn’t happen without the incredible energy, support, and creativity of the brands who show up, set up and help bring this wild weekend to life.

What started as a celebration of traditional waterskiing has evolved into a one-of-a-kind mashup of old-school fun and new-school format, where recreationalists are royalty and the competitive spirit is all about pushing the sport forward, without losing sight of why we fell in love with it in the first place.

This page is your all-in-one guide to making the most of your on-site experience. Whether you’re a returning favorite or joining us for the first time, you’ll find everything you need to know right here — including load-in details, booth logistics, promo opportunities, contact info and more.

We can’t wait to have you on-site with us. Let’s make it a weekend to remember.

– Dano & the TL CornFest Team

PRE-EVENT ACTION ITEMS

To make Thursday morning as smooth as possible, we’d love to have your tent set and ready for you before you even arrive. That way, all you have to do is walk in with your merchandise and any additional display pieces. Please review the quick action items below so we can get everything dialed in.

  • We previously mailed most of you a set of complimentary 3-day passes to share with your customers and community. Let us know how many team members will be working your booth so we can have their passes ready at check-in. These are intended for those working the booth; if you need additional passes beyond that, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • We strongly prefer to set up your tent for you on Wednesday evening or first thing Thursday morning. Please plan to drop off your 10’ x 10’ tent in advance:

    • By end of day Tuesday, August 12 at Twin Lakes Marine

    • OR on Wednesday directly at Lance Park

If you’re shipping your tent, please send it as soon as possible to:

Twin Lakes Marine – Attn: Dano

    134 Lance Dr.

    Twin Lakes, WI 53181

Make sure your tent is clearly labeled with your brand name, and send us a quick message when it’s been dropped off or shipped so we can confirm.

  • Please note: There is limited electrical access on-site, and we’re unable to run power to individual sponsor booths. All available electricity is reserved for the event sound system and food/beverage vendors. If your display requires power, we recommend bringing a battery-powered solution or reaching out in advance to discuss options.

  • Wi-Fi will not be available on-site. There are no closed or dedicated Wi-Fi networks for vendors, so please plan to use your own hot spot or cellular data if you need internet access for point-of-sale or other business needs.

ON-SITE ACTIVATIONS

  • When you arrive on-site, please stop by the entry booth to check in and get directed to your designated display area. From there, you’ll head toward the event entrance to unload your gear.

Once you’ve finished unloading, we ask that you promptly move your vehicle to Twin Lakes Marine or find street parking nearby. We’re keeping the parking lot clear for handicap parking and a few select vendors who need quick in-and-out access during the event.

No vehicles will be allowed near the event entrance after the cut-off times listed below. Once gates open to the public, the entrance area becomes a busy foot traffic zone with competitors, families, and spectators coming through -- so safety (and keeping things flowing smoothly) is our top priority.

  • Looking for a place to stay or need directions? We’ve got you. Head to our Travel + Lodging page for the best lodging options nearby as well as info on how to get to Lance Park.

  • Each sponsor is responsible for bringing their own tent and tables for their display area. We do have a limited number of folding chairs available – just let us know if you’d like a couple. Unless we’ve made prior arrangements, all of our available tables are currently spoken for, so please plan accordingly.

To help secure the sponsor zone and create a cohesive, professional layout, all tents will be set-up side-by-side with neighboring tents, and our team will zip tie tent legs together. Because of this, most sponsors will have another tent directly to their left and right. You’re welcome to add side walls or banners on your tent if desired, but we recommend keeping the front and back open (or using half walls) to invite spectators in and maintain a good view of the lake and event action.

We’ll be handling the main tent securing, but you’re welcome to bring your own additional weights if preferred.

CLICK HERE for a sitemap to reference – we’ll walk you through your specific location when you check in on-site.

  • To help maintain the energy and guest experience, we ask that all sponsors remain fully set up until 8:00 PM each day. We know the days can be long, but an early teardown can signal to attendees that the event is over, even when it’s not. Please be respectful of this and help us keep the vibe alive through the evening.

Each night, overnight security will be on-site Thursday and Friday. If you’d like to leave your display materials up overnight, you’re welcome to do so—tents will be zip-tied together and should remain upright. We highly recommend removing any valuables or loose items at the end of the day, as TL CornFest is not responsible for anything left unattended.

If you need a hand packing up or prepping your space for the next day, our team will be around and happy to help.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON-SITE

We want your time at TL CornFest to be as easy, fun and as stress-free as possible, so here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect while you’re on-site.

  • Portapotties will be available near the main event entrance during all hours of operation. In addition, the indoor restrooms inside the main building (near the corn roaster) will open daily around 7 PM.

  • While corn is kind of our thing (shocking, we know), we totally understand if it’s not everyone’s love language. You’ll find a variety of food options available for purchase, including Riobamba, serving up Latin American street eats like tacos, quesadillas, as well as burgers, brats and more. We encourage everyone to support our local food vendors!

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, but no outside alcohol is permitted on-site. Coolers will be checked at the entrance; if you bring in outside alcohol, you’ll be asked to take it back to your vehicle. It’s not us being buzzkills – it’s just permits and rules doing their thing. Luckily, we’ve got you covered: beer and seltzers will be available on-site for $6 each or 4 for $20, payable via cash or credit card.

  • We know the lake is better with a dog in tow. Just be sure to keep them on a leash at all times, bring a water bowl and be mindful that there will be other dogs and lots of people on-site. If your pup doesn’t do well in crowds or loud environments, it might be best to let them enjoy a cozy day at home.

Want to get your customers hyped before the weekend hits? We’ve made it easy. Our Marketing Toolkit is packed with ready-to-use content—social media captions, email copy, graphics, logos and more—to help you promote your presence at TL CornFest. Whether you’re posting, emailing or printing flyers for your shop, we’ve got everything you need to share the stoke.
