TL CornFest + NCWSA

A New Kind of Corn Crew. Powered by Collegiate Waterskiers.

Join the TL CornFest Collegiate Corn Support Squad

Corn’s the star, but this year, collegiate skiers steal the show. Twin Lakes CornFest and the NCWSA are teaming up to launch the first-ever Collegiate Corn Support Squad, giving waterski teams a chance to shuck, serve and score big for their team. Bring the energy, flex those volunteer muscles, and walk away with gear prizes and festival perks that make it all worth it.

What to Expect

Simple, Social and Low-Key — but with High Impact

Volunteer shifts are broken into easy 2-hour blocks, and we recommend each athlete sign up for at least two. Whether you’re an early shift corn shucker or an evening festival hero, the jobs are simple, social and essential to keeping the all-you-can-eat corn operations running smoothly. Tasks include lightly shucking corn, helping load it into the oven, serving up hot corn to hungry festivalgoers and keeping the butter and toppings stations clean and stocked.

Don’t worry—our roasting partner will be onsite to show you the ropes, and the TL CornFest team will swing by every hour to check on supplies and help out as needed. It’s a fun, team-focused way to get involved, meet the crowd and support NCWSA — all while keeping the good vibes flowing.

Bring Your Tent

What’s better than a weekend of all-you-can-eat corn, 10+ water sports contests and epic after parties?

Camping near the event site with your ski mates, duh.

Make it a full weekend by camping just steps from the action. Our designated collegiate festival campground is a quick 9-10 minute walk from TL CornFest grounds and right near downtown Twin Lakes — perfect for strolling to and from the after parties. Pitch your tent (or sleep in your car), rally your teammates and enjoy the full TL CornFest experience, sun-up to sun-down (and beyond).

Limited camping spots available. Lock-in your spot before July 15.

We’ve Made It Easy to Get Your Team Involved

We know rallying your team can feel like herding squirrels. That’s why we’ve done the heavy lifting.

Inside our Collegiate Corn Support Squad Toolkit, you’ll find:

  • Ready-to-go text messages and social media captions

  • Flyer templates

  • Quick email copy to send to your team and beyond

Use them as is—or make them your own. Either way, they’ll help you pack the shifts, build momentum and boost your team’s chance at winning the gear prizes.
